    Excited for this guy. He has been red hot this year since ST.
    If he can get on base and provide some pop, I'll take it.
    Also he has stolen 9 bases in 22 games, so if he has speed I'd bat him 1st.

    I looked into it: In June of 2009 an unwritten rule was made that all of CHRIS' posts are to have an implied smiley at the end. So it checks out.

    It's not that surprising, and I think it's the right choice. Alex said it himself not too long ago that he needed a good amount of time to learn the position and that he hasn't learned the position yet at all.

    Having Dee+Alex up the middle could be a fucking disaster, so it's not a bad move. I'd expect we see a bit more of Ethier in CF

    I think if he could play 2B, he would play 2B, cause they obviously want him there for the long term or else they wouldn't have even bothered... But he's up here for his bat and he has a lot of signs that he can't handle the position yet.
