What's this talk about trading Greinke and then signing Lester or vice versa I don't get it. I say keep Greinke and sign David Price after this year if Zack opts out.

As you can see I updated but yeah I didn't subscribe to trading the guy I only heard that it could happen.

 

As far as I can tell the "Trade Greinke" idea is just writer speculation and has no inside information behind. Honestly, I think it's because the Dodgers are going after Lester and Hamels, and people are having a hard time accepting how dominant the Dodgers staff will be. I hate to break the news MLB, but Kershaw-Greinke-Lester is happening. You don't sign a stud pitcher just to trade a stud pitcher, that's like spinning your tires in the mud.

 

Actually it would be a wash salary wise which would be the main reason in my view that speculation happened in the 1st place but I agree that would be stupid. My other point is EVERYTHING is speculation until it happens.

I guess I'm not as astute as everyone else is financially....not knowing "value", or worrying ridiculously about an extra year, etc., as a deal breaker if you really want/need someone. LOL. The guy isn't gonna be with the club then anyway.

This is the time of year that I usually geek out and check my phone every minute to see what the Dodgers are doing in free agency trades etc..as most of you do I'm sure...this usually brings me to other sites to find nuggets of information...this said, other Dodger fans are straight idiots. ..I mean you should read the things peeps are posting on dodger nation, bleacher report etc... This only reinforces my appreciation for DSP..Though you might get the occasional "I'm confident as fuck" or crazy scenarios from b2b..at least we have a grip on real baseball trades and possible additions..

I know thanksgiving is over but I'm greatfull as fuck for you guys..haha..
