    It's possible, although I'm not really sure what other information he could access that would be of any use. If you play on DraftKings, at the conclusion of a contest you can download a spreadsheet of all the entries in the contest - so if you want to study the playing/lineup patterns of high-volume players you can. That's available to anyone who plays on DraftKings.

    I love playing FanDuel and DraftKings as well. This whole DK employee story is really just a red herring for those who don't like the sites. It's been blown out of proportion. As far as I can tell the industry does a good job of self-regulating, and this is literally the only thing people can point to to suggest the government needs to get involved in regulation. The sites are transparent about what is allowed, what isn't, and there has never been an issue with players getting paid. DK and FD have both updated their policies to not allow employees of any other site to play on their sites.

    The big question is if it's gambling or not. I'm actually surprised it's legal because no matter what the definition it is extremely similar to other activities deemed illegal, most notably online poker. I hope it remains legal because it's fun. It has a lot of big corporate backing, so we have reason to be hopeful. Laws against gambling are bull to begin with.

    The NCAA just banned these conmercials during the tournament. NCAA officials have also asked these companies for information on whether any players or refs have participated.

    Here's the bigger issue. These sites have claimed they are not gambling, so on the surface, players and refs can play. But they can manipulate the results as much as anyone.

    The transparency is not there, and it is troubling.

    Anyone just have one of those days where everything goes wrong? Like a domino effect....
    Not at all. This season feels so much different than the other ones....maybe it's the absence of Jessica Lange, but each episode seems to have so much more in it than past seasons. Recorded the 3rd episode and about to watch it now...had to miss it Wednesday unfortunately. Will let you know what I think
