I think firing mattingly will help. I've never been much of a fan. He's a low IQ manager and he's too laid back. Plus the 'player's manager' bit is very stale. Since Kemp is pretty clearly flailing in his attempt to be the team leader, we need a manager who will inspire these guys instead of covering their asses at every turn.

 

It's a JOKE he's still on the team. What's the thought process? "Maybe he'll get 3 hits tomorrow and he'll be good.."? Makes NO SENSE for him to be on this team.

 

I think they are out of options on this guy. I read it in one of the Dodger blogs. They would just have to cut him. But, yeah, SO WHAT - hit the street, bubba.

 

I guess this is what we get for choking the first 2.

Of course, they run the "I've fallen and I can't get up" commercial. Sooo Dodger blue.

 

I dont even know why Im watching this game. Maybe a part of me just wants to see if Posey gets an RBI and I win my fantasy matchup...
