The Dodgers have just about done everything wrong today.

Total Peavy dominance, as it's always been. 14-2 agaginst us in his career. Wow. One run in over 18 innings. Bats ablazin', eh?
I guess (well, I actully know) that when the offense sucks (and it certainly has), the pitching sucks, too.
League is just a pathetic BB player now, IMO, and what he is capable of, when and if we get to the post, is a Broxton redux.
Atrocious, poor pitching on so many levels. And IMO, Boston makes a statement with it's total manhandling of us, offensively and defensively.
I really hated to lose a series finally to these scumbags, but they made us look very bad, even weak in many ways. So much more power than us, and Lester and Peavy way better than our two starting guys. All or nothing?
I hope this slide is not a prelude to the NLW month of September when we go up against the division...League and Capuano have to be hidden within the roster expansion , I believe. Now, not later after it's too late.

All you guys begging for Fife... have you seen what he's been doing lately? His stats are brutal in the Minors. 2-5, 6.32 ERA, 1.676 WHIP. I'm not sure what's up, he might still be battling the shoulder injury.

I'm not going to panic about Cap and League in the post season when it looks pretty obvious they won't be there at all. We have too many pitchers on the roster, this is tryouts for the post season roster right now.
We won't use a 5 man rotation and we won't need or have 281 guys in the bullpen.

Don't panic yet my friends. We lost 2 games against a good ballclub with lots of incentive to beat us. We saw their top starting pitchers, they say are worst. Some of our best hitters are slumping. We should get well with the Cubs, if we don't....well then panic!
