    I guess I could deal with Vargas gone, but really would be bummed if they moved Outman on, if that's what it took as part of a package. I get get Othani is a once in a lifetime player, and you get him if you can...done deal.
    But they can afford as much money as anyone can, and we all know it.

    senseless to trade for ohtani imo
    whoever gets him will still have to bid for him after the season, with no guarantees he won’t sign elsewhere
    that’s a really expensive rental
