The Giants are unfreakin believable. Anyone saying that the Giants success has nothing to do with getting the right mix of players and coaching them up and then having a great strategist to boot in Bochy is lying to themselves. They have just a great system up and down the chain, and the Dodgers should be absolutely embarassed. It just makes me hate both the Giants and Dodgers more.
not surprised one bit. Cards aren't THAT good. i mean they're good, but the Dodgers choked as a team and helped their cause. plus, the Dodgers weren't that good either this year. Royals should have it in the bag.
Fucking Cardinals unleashed Wacha on us last year and won't even use him this year. They deserve to lose
Jayson Stark @jaysonst ยท 26m26 minutes ago Now @ESPNStatsInfo has gone back even further. Over last 6 games, #SFGiants have scored 22 runs. 12 have scored without a hit. Seriously. Gross. Baseball is such a stupid sport
Watch in horror as the Royals are pounded by the Giants, while we sit back and say, "Hey, we had the better team, though, guys."
Its fucking sickening, not watching the games, but just seeing the highlights of these two teams playing for the right to go to the World Series representing the NL. And the Cards decide to make a mess of these games and basically hand these wins over. While they are hitting clutch homeruns game after game in the 7th inning against us, they are throwing the ball all over the yard giving run after run against them. Frustrating....oh well I guess. Hopefully the Royals dont shit the bed against them in the world series.
They play well in the playoffs, but you can't say their master plan was to backdoor into the playoffs as a wildcard. If the rules were rolled back 2 years, they probably don't make the playoffs. This wasn't the plan in April - they've had a decent amount of luck no matter how you explain it.
I can't wait for the season to end. I always run into Timmay in the city in the off season. I'll congratulate him on being on the luckiest shit team in badeball.
