the team could have easily done the "cost efficient" thing to get draft picks and go with an alternative route for 3B and Closer with the risks involved at their position and age but man, it'd be a disaster if they didn't have them back.
I don't usually listen to the Dodgers radio feed. Who's the play-by-play guy? The way he announces home runs - I swear I think they're routine fly balls, then all of a sudden... it's over the wall. A little more advance notice that it has the potential would be nice.
Steiner winding up in the HOF is amazing. He's never been good. And even if he wasn't horrible at relating what's going on on the field, his voice is horrible.
