I don't feel like we are a #3 team because we have some serious weaknesses right now in everything except the starting rotation, but I don't argue with the ranking because no one in the NL appears to have an all around solid team. If things keeps up, this might be the kind of year a lesser team can steal the NL pennant.
It's hard to hate this first month of the season at all, hard to be pessimistic (cough, cough) cause we won't always be the team with one of the top records in MLB so might as well enjoy it! Hope we keep it up obviously, but yeah
NL is wide open this year. Phillies are hurt and down. There is no team that is head above the rest. I honestly believe the only team that will be better than us in the NL is St louis and they aren't a huge juggernaut but have a nice mix of youth and real established veteran experience.
We deserve #3 based on current performance and where things stand. This definitely isnt a #3 type team though.

Yahoo fags have us 4th, behind the Rangers, Rays and O's http://sports.yahoo.com/news/power-...tumble.html;_ylt=AtBJSt8lc947VgPjgWKghQIRvLYF
I'm sick of the Rangers being #1. They haven't been playing as well as they started. It should be: 1.) Dodgers 2.) Orioles 3.) Rangers 4.) Rays
I'd go Rangers, Dodgers, Atlanta, Cards. The Orioles scoring less than .5 runs a game more than their opponents means they don't get on the top 5.
