    henry rodriguez was highly touted. so was driefort but that was injuries.

    wow... I completely forgot about Dreifort... he even signed a 5 year/$55M contract back then and that was a lot for the standards back then... and he wasnt even a #2 starter...

    Wetteland had a decent career... Daal, not so much...

    I thought Blake DeWitt was our 2B of the future. I actually wouldn't mind giving him another shot seeing as we don't have much depth there...

    Always had a soft spot for him until every AB was a DP ball pulled to second base. Didn't he hit an inside the park homer? I miss Immigrant Song anyway, not him.

    I always assumed he was some late inning replacement in the field or the basepaths, haha.

    Yeah I was there. Inside the parkers are the best. Dave Roberts's round tripper against the Yankees was awesome.
