    Maybe, but I five a lot of value to the defense and game calling on a catcher, and Santana is not better than Ellis on that... Thats why I said I would like him playing 1B instead of Loney...

    And McD is one always one bad start away to crumble and go back to the McD we all know...

    Santana is not a particularly bad defensive C. And from what we've seen, Ellis isn't a good one.

    That was the bad part about that trade, but I dont think James would have made it with us... He would have been released or traded anyway with no leverage...
