    Surprisingly I like JHair as a TV Analyst, but I certainly didn't like him as a player.

    Probably the worst game I ever watched that the team wound up winning...it was incredibly frustrating, but it all turned out well in the end as far as results...who knows what the down the road reprecussions will be. Scheduling seems to be made by Dodger haters, IDK.
    I think it was Orel who said that Nomar was pleased with the way Kemp is coming along with his swing...I wish they would have gotten into it a little more, as I'm failing to see it at all. Matt looks pretty bad up there to me, and even somewhat tentative in the OF. Maybe the foot is bothering him again, (or something else), but there are signs showing that look concerning; maybe just temporary, I hope.
    I was feeling bad for Patterson initially-he pitched pretty well while he was out there...but I saw his his really cute wife, and didn't feel sorry for him anymore. He did OK in a tough spot.
    I guess every team is a roller coaster somewhat, but any team more than the LAD? They are a powerhouse in the afternoon, and a 180 from that a couple of hours later.
    Wilson and Wright were excellent, good signs both.
    Errors are killing us now, and with the brain fart of Dee and "PB" Butera (both types of errors IMO), we seem to be a lock for multiples every game.
    It worked out OK with the Twins, but against the likes of the Sfags and CO, I just don't know...

    game ball to wright for sure
    three strong innings were not what i expected
    patterson really settled down after an (understandably) nervous start
    and yes, the beard looked a bit more like what we thought we were getting when we re-signed him
    but kemp...
    listening to orel on the stream; he's really quite good
    provides a lot of insight and stuff other color guys don't
    unfortunately, while driving home, i had the misfortune of listening to nomah
    at first i didn't know who it was
    i thought it was just some poor schlub they had to throw in for the doubleheader
    nomah is not good
    so i question his opinion of kemp
    especially when kemp looks lost at the plate

    I didn't watch the second game yesterday, but 16 left on base... that must be a typo, right? It's impossible to leave 16 runners on base and only score 4 runs... and 3 of those runs coming on solo HR's? That doesn't make any sense.
