why would he announce him signing with the giants?
Oh. Good. Ok. Thanks.
Since I'm not on socmed anymore, I don't always get the news. So I depend on you fags to tell me stuff.
Talk about desperate.
I agree in concept to a certain point. But really, isn't Freeman and T Turner and Anderson and Heaney new blood ? If you mean the Duffys and the chunk of RPs that turned into blobs of static rotten meat...I agree.
Friedman has been taint licked for a long time, but what about his failures that cost millions and either gave nothing or very little in return? Reclamation projects are fine, when they work, everyone spouts how genius, and then go eerily quiet ( much like the lack of comments on the election results last week) about the wastes of time and money...and we've had our fair share. Not mentioning the bluster and overconfidence we heard all year long like a mantra.
If you mean guys like JT, Bellinger and CT, they're a tougher lot to sort out, mainly because of their potential and previous performances.
Given the relentless talent overall they have had on the roster, the new blood needs to be the manager, imo, whose had it all at his disposal, and a glut of raves for the regular season successes, and ultimately, done the minimum on the brass ring thing. Bare minimum.
He, like Tom Hayden, is just not a wartime consiglieri...
It's flogging a dead horse, though, unless what the achievements desired are is to be elite and front runner with Vegas odds. Annually, ad infinitum.
If that's where it's really at ( the FO " disappointment " then revealing it is a beard of rhetoric), then they've got a winner.
sorry puig lovers/apologists…
I could give two fucks about him lying about the gambling.
He still owes the bookie $82,900. Pay up Wild Horse.
According to Ken Rosenthal of The Athletic, the delay in Justin Verlander re-signing with the Astros could be because (Verlander) sees the potential for a lucrative market to develop, with big-market clubs such as the Dodgers, Yankees and Mets involved.
He just wants to keep up with Upton until she dumps him for a newer version.
tyler anderson to the angels
Why didn't we do that?
I like the guy but I suspect he'll blow out his elbow before Memorial Day. I mean ... It's Anaheim. That team and city can fuck up a wet dream.
We're a bunch of loser assholes, who, ultimately, can't take care of business when it's time to.
This is just another non- move that proves it.
Let's go get a Hudson, or a Duffy, or a Nelson or some other inevitable IL dweller instead of a proven commodity.
Julio comes in 3rd in CY voting, with a 2.16 ERA.

Justin Verlander is reportedly seeking a deal similar to Max Scherzer's 3-year, $130M contract, per @brianmctaggart
Get it. Don't get it. He's a douchebag regardless.
Doesn't matter who we sign or don't sign.
As long ,at the end of the day, Dave and Kirsten are still there...

Tyler Anderson mentioned during his Zoom conference call that he had other three year offers on the table but teams wanted to wait deeper into off-season and he wanted to sign early -- mentioned Dodgers had talked to him about multiple years but didn't get far into discussions.

Thought I had escaped Kirsten until the spring.
Went to the Rams' game Sunday and there she was with another airhead droning on during the pre-game and timeouts.
