Yeah, my life has changed forever because of it. Last winter, I got the shot also. I went to my primary and had my physical, and my injection fraction lost 20 points from the previous year's...so I go to a cardiologist and he tells me I had a heart attack. Didn't even know it...just knew I felt shitty from the "flu that's much less than it would be if I didn't get the shot". Lol. I wonder what would it have been if I didn't get the proverbial influenza vaccine? This year, ablation. Still coughing, runny nose...for months. There was a time in history, to lazy to look it up (flu symptoms, you see), that a big chunk of the world's gen pop was wiped out due to influenza. This is fucking up my presenter plans for another crusade to the Holy Land. Dammit.

i love Purple but the thing about Tyler (at least on the first four albums) was the incredible blues swagger it was delivered with on a power scale i would have to agree Gillian is way up there also lyrically i think smith were pretty fucking clever but thats jmho a song like dream on being written by a couple of nj/ny punk teenagers is one for the ages it sure gets over played but every once in a while the original feeling comes back and its a masterpiece silly to compare awesome talents like those guys anyway one thing for sure is that we were extremely fortunate to live and grow up in the era of music we did

my buddies had the big bench seat in front made a left turn into the old neighborhood after a party and each of us having one of those 714 thingys his car was all clean and armor alled including the bench seat seemed like slow motion but as the car turned, the steering wheel appeared massive, and as he corrected his luded ass started sliding my direction as he slid he reached back and grabbed the wheel which took the car slowly back to the right, up the curb, and softly onto our neighbors parked car so he's laying in my lap basically and after a brief scramble we are outside assessing the situation bumpers are locked and i shrug at my buddy and make a brisk exit still friends today and i just got off the phone w him lol
