Still alive, thanks to #32 and big assist to Dustin Brown, who laid a hit 2012 style to set up the OT winner by Pearson.

Hopefully this puts a little doubt in Sharks' minds.

That was an awesome, clean hit. That leading to the OT goal just makes it that much better.

It's one of those games that makes the leading team think twice.

Sharks suck at home. Hope that continues.

So out of the pure blue sky McGregor retires.
Don't really know what to make of it.
    A money thing?
    A safety thing?
    Picture's unclear ATM.
Or maybe he just couldn't bring himself to do pressers and promote a fight against a guy who took him out, perhaps he couldn't face those questions as the loser?
Story still taking shape it seems

If I'm not mistaken, Nate Diaz tweeted after the McGregor tweet that he was going to retire as well because his work was done.

    my take is
    a) loudmouth McGregor will 'unretire' when/if Dana softens the press tour requirements
    b) he needs the UFC far more than the UFC needs him though he appears ignorant of that fact
    c) Dana still loves his brash promotional style and with the drop of a hat could change his mind
    d) both are money hungry egomaniacs
    e) Dana is the UFC jefe even if McGregor is a star talent but Conor appears ignorant of that fact
    f) the whole 'retirement' story is just another hyped promotional effort... straight out of WWF/WWE
    g) McGregor retiring after losing to Diaz is simply too good for Diaz who is already a cultural hero for shutting up the Irishman

Dana and the Fertitta brothers are NOT fools and they make money at ALL turns of the road. They are well versed in dealing/squashing/manipulating star athlete ego's to suit their needs. Nothing has changed.

The proverbial $1.35 wager is whether McGregor gets back on the UFC 200 card anyways albeit with a 'reduced' press tour

What a great trade by the Browns. The Eagles will take a QB with the #2 pick more than likely, but they extended Sam Bradford this offseason. Huh?

Pretty sure the Bradford is deal is only for two years. Maybe Sam plays this year while the rook learns the ropes. If Bradford plays decently, maybe the Eagles parlay him into some draft choices in a trade a year from now.

Umm, dude...Ezekiel Elliot might actually fall to the Raiders now
Talk about an unbelievable draft run if it happens
Mack and Carr in '14, Coop and Mario in '15, now possibly Elliot @ #14 in '16...should I just assume somebody great is gonna fall to us in the 2nd round too?
    Unbelievable.
Eagles were heavy faves to take Elliot

In regards to Elliot, do have to worry about the Cowboys @ #4 and possibly the Giants @ #10, they probably need D more than a RB tho

I think the Cowboys will have a hard time passing up on Bosa, but the Giants are concerning.

That's a lot of drat picks for a gamble, but it'll obviously be well worth it if they end up with a franchise QB. This QB class seems to be pretty unpredictable.

Seeing a lot of people talk about the Dolphins and Elliot as well, but they really help at CB, so I don't know about that.
Giants could also grab a LT, but yeah they're definitely concerning since they filled quite a few holes in FA

Haha, could be. Seems the smart money is on Goff now. Either way, I think they know without a doubt who their guy is, and they didn't want to fuck around.
