    The NFL has reviews and they use the same rule, the on field call is upheld if the review is inconclusive. It makes sense, and in NFL reviews it's common for the review to be inconclusive because the right camera angle isn't available or too many people are piled together so you can't see what you need to. I think there's nothing wrong with MLB having the same rule - once in a while the video just isn't going to tell you the absolute truth.

    Mattingly's idea is interesting, but I don't think it's necessary. We're talking about bang-bang plays that get reviewed anyway. MLB survived for almost 150 years without replay.

    I was pissed yesterday because the call was wrong, but I got over it. Catches that close happen once every couple years at the most. FGFY.

    definitely a hockey announcer. The only one I know of who could pull off multiple sports well is David Courtney (RIP).
