Could be...hard to really know, but saying that about Seager was pure douchebaggery. Even if you feel or even know you're toast as far as the Dodger organization, why take a chance on messing with the kid's head? Really cowardly when you think about it. Seager is a kid with all the promise in the world, and Lord knows has the tools to be a truly fine ballplayer. But if he is to be a leader, I think it will be by actions and example, not by inspirational motivation...he seems within himself. Not the vocal leader type, I think... IMO, that was DBB's fault, should have been on it before the play even, when he called for the shift...why he gets paid. Or shouldn't have had Corey out there at all, and went with the hated vet, Jroll. Who, I believe that would have not happened to on his shift.
