Yes Yes 2 of them are amazing players (Tulo being far and away the best SS in baseball), but hells yes Coors field is a factor.
cuddyer is having a great/career year (roids fordie?) cargo and tulo are both fantastic players still... of the three, only cargo's road numbers are better... which surprised me tbh
But generally they aren't, and at the end of the year the Coors factor will prevail. From great to super great.
OPS Splits: Home/Away Cuddyer: 1.161/.876 Tulo: 1.168/.974 CarGo: .922/1.110 Average OPS Home: 1.084 Away: .986 I think that mitigates the argument about Coors field since the average "Away" OPS is almost 1.000. In regards to roids, if they are doing it and getting away with it with the current testing, then good for them; I hope our guys learn.
Not sure, really. But I just think that it is truly amazing. I mean, I would go fucking nuts if we had 1 or 2 guys over 1.000 OPS, much less three. I would have to believe that this is one of the very few times ever that three starting position players on a team this late in the season are at this clip.
Go fucking nuts... Puig's 4 game line... BA .438... OBP .438 (no stinking walks yet)...Slugging 1.063... and OPS of 1.501!!! Holy cow 1.501!?!?! has someone figured out which slow freight train Kemp left town on?
Think of as amazing he has played and imagine near play of that caliber from 3 guys from the beginning of the season to now. Yea....
Let's hope CarGo and Goldshit are in the HR Derby and fuck up their swings for the rest of the season!
