Not quite. For example, the May 6 boxscore only showed him pitching 1 inning, but in reality: http://www.baseball-reference.com/boxes/CHN/CHN201205060.shtml He pitched the 11th inning and: gave up a double, IBB, hit a batter, and walked in a run. He didn't get any outs so it showed up as 1IP.

But, in the 9th, he gave up 2 walks and a HR. So the boxscore only says 1 IP, but in reality he pitched over 2 innings and was abysmal in that second inning.
