Not the point Irish and you know that.... The point is it is ok because the guy is coming off of major shoulder injury and clearly isn't a 100%. As I've stated before, his power will be back in August and September, just in time for the playoffs. No one is happy about it, but he'll be fine.

Vin just said something on Rogen that made me realize why we all love him so much... Every other broadcast...we listen to two guys talking amongst themselves--to each other. But During a Vin broadcast, it's pretty much like he's almost literally talking to us.
Pretty much....and I thought the guy was a new hero for us last year. What a 180. Just looks like it was all a total fluke, and it was the high point of his offense as long as he is in BB.
actually it is the point had you read the posts leading up to my response you would see that i commented on kemp's lack of hr's someone posted that posey and stanton also have zero hr's that was the post i responded to and was quoted in my post shoulder surgery (trauma) doesn't cause someone to have poor plate discipline and/or swing at bad pitches and i never said or even implied that kemp's power wouldn't return only that he's not hitting for power now :soapbox:
Not to pile on here....but it does cause someone to swing at good pitches and either miss them or hit them weakly into an out which he's doing alot of also. I'm pretty sure he used to hit the fuck out of some of those bad pitches too...like the low and away shit he used to rocket out to RF. So yeah now he ain't doin shit....but his surgeury is more than likely the reason and it will take some time. Unless he was juiced before and isn't now...then we might very well be fucked for good.
this i agree with it was the flailing at pitches out of the zone -- although it seems to be getting better and don't think you're getting out of the man hug fordie
