Yeah probably. Damn maybe he is injured or having problems with the heart. Not good but this is all speculation for now.

I'd guess he's sunburnt (Because look at his neck), it's possible his eyes aren't actually red, and the shining thing in his eye is someone shining a camera or something in his face, idk
I've come to the conclusion Juan Nicasio needs to be our set up man and proverbial "2nd closer" and not be the guy who starts bullpen games. He's earned it. We have our version of Wade Davis right before our eyes and no one is seeing it.
