Come on now. I have nothing against the people who do care, I get it, but I personally don't care about McCourt's life now that he's gone. Whatever, he has billions of dollars, it's certainly not fair, but it's not something that I'm gonna concern myself with. Baseball and winning games is the most important thing, to me anyway.

No. He's not my dad or my friend, he owns the baseball team I support. He can rob my house and punt my dog if he signs Hamels. I don't care about his character. I care about the team winning.

technically Magic didn't lie mccourt is getting paid his share of the 14M as a flat rate, right? probably if it wasn't mentioned whatever money the lot makes will go to new ownership semantics, but meh i care about BASEBALL.
