im old school and this is a deal breaker for me. i'm done spending money on this team. i hate it but fuck all of these people. i can go see the team in SD or SF. i am literally sick to my stomach right now.
honestly, i just want Ned gone, or at least to have less power spend more on player development as Kasten loves to do i dont care about this, sorry
i'm with devil on this and i'm back on boycott mode lair >>> dodger stadium for $2.15BB Mc mccourt should be entitled to exactly zero
Scale of 1-10 of me caring Frank getting $ from parking- 4 Magic, Stan, and Mark lying to everyone's face-10+ Not a good way to start. They should have just told the truth and I wouldn't care.
Come on now. I have nothing against the people who do care, I get it, but I personally don't care about McCourt's life now that he's gone. Whatever, he has billions of dollars, it's certainly not fair, but it's not something that I'm gonna concern myself with. Baseball and winning games is the most important thing, to me anyway.
yeah but they knew a lot of other people would care and like they said they want that stadium full. good luck with that.
I hated the way Magic acted most of all... "WHAAAT?! How many times do we have to say it?!!?" umm... how about "once"?
It's fine that you don't care about Frank's life. Because I don't care either. I don't care that he made out on the deal. I just wanted my team back. But you don't care AT ALL about Magic lying to you?
No. He's not my dad or my friend, he owns the baseball team I support. He can rob my house and punt my dog if he signs Hamels. I don't care about his character. I care about the team winning.
it was really apparent in his bad acting and body language. why he would think it wouldn't come out is beyond me.
technically Magic didn't lie mccourt is getting paid his share of the 14M as a flat rate, right? probably if it wasn't mentioned whatever money the lot makes will go to new ownership semantics, but meh i care about BASEBALL. I'm more concerned with getting a 1B/LF/3B than I am about parking lot revenue
I don't get that either. But they had a scripted answer for that question, and they had no intention of saying Frank gets money even though it only makes sense that he would.
