You ain't kiddin'.... .. It's a special needs private school. K-12 and vocational training if need be.
Chris HaynesVerified account@ChrisBHaynes 26m26 minutes ago ESPN Sources: Free agent guard Tyreke Evans meeting with the Lakers today. He met with Oklahoma City last night in Los Angeles. Oh. Anybody other than Kuz safe?
Shams CharaniaVerified account@ShamsCharania 1h1 hour ago Sources: Lakers restricted free agent Julius Randle hasn’t yet received an offer from L.A., but has excitement for arrival of LeBron James. Randle’s representatives and the Lakers are expected to speak Monday, hopeful of potential offer to retain him. If they just sign Tyreke Evans to a 1yr deal and re-sign Julius, Lakers are the 2nd best team in the west. No other moves needed..until next year when they clear the books again and possibly look to go big. Zo possibly coming off the bench is strong depth. Warriors and Thunder also in on Evans.
Too many players getting signed, makes me fear that Ingram and Randle are out to the Spurs for Kawhi. But for now the tentative team is pretty nice. PG: Lonzo, Evans SG: Ingram, Hart SF: Kuzma, Stephenson PF: LeBron, Wagner C : Randle, McGee
God bless the Rockets..we sign Evans and re-sign Julius and the Rockets are road kill. When you can't even find minutes for a Josh Hart ( likely behind KCP and Ingram), that's a hell of an indication that you have a strong squad. Damn, that's a lot of defense.
Found some minutes for Hart Los Angeles LakersVerified account@Lakers #LakersSummer tips off tonight at 8 PT with a clash against the Kings! @SpectrumSN in L.A. NBA TV nationally.
Not to turn this into the politics thread, but public school essentially "costs" >$10K per student. That's roughly the tax spend that goes into it. So $17k for a private school, especially in california doesn't sound outrageous. Would by nice if guys like Darth (or anyone else) could get that $10k as a credit to offset the private schools cost since his kid isn't using the public school. But the most powerful special interest in the country would never let that happen.
Slight edit, Devil. Swen was Walton's backup at UCLA and was only player to lead both the ABA and NBA in rebounding. Mel Counts went to Oregon St.
There is a high turnover at my kid's school for the same reason, NPS don't/can't compete with public. That school should help your kid in though, just bc you teach. They should hire you and give your kid a free ride! I went to a Catholic NPS so I can attest to their cheapness.
Yeah, I purposely didn't say that word because it's such a tripwire. And Texas really sucks. I have family In Houston and College Station. I go there a few times a year and the weather is intolerable.
catholic school in texas? priest barnyard rape? figured all them redneck bkitches would be baptists of course there's enough room in that pathetic state for all sects, including born again hypocrites, er, christians and methodists Sub-100 IQ Texans George W. Bush, Ted Cruz, Rick Perry would probably be offended by this... if any were capable of reading.
