I don't dislike Peter moylan or anything, but he hung that slider to Queertin like last night's "super moon". Wow. Somebody tell DBB, quick like, we DO NOT have a pitcher coming out of th pen who is capable and safe with gooing two innings in a row. We need one, for sure, but we don't have one.

Having to listen to the Padres broadcast, I was amazed at the wisdom of TJSr., who brilliantly told the audience, "the LAD are 3 for 22 (at the time) with RISP, and it's hard to score runs like that". Did any of you fellows realize that?
And I think it might have been Trevor Hoffman, who at present looks lke an unshowered, greasy, Michael Madsen after a weekend crank bender, when referring to Hanley's 5 game hit streak, "Hanley's very healthy this year, so he's showing what he can do"...?????? I guess he missed April and May, when he wasn't, uh...so healthy.
I was glad to be privy to such wisdom, man.
Oh, I think Yasiel might be crazy somewhat. He looks like he's trying to make out. He needs longer bat...or longer arms...or soon...longer in the minors.

Oh just one more shot at my tuppence...but they showed our MLB leading stat of 15, count 'em--15 blown saves... can you imagine? If we won only half of them, that would be 7.5, let's say 8 , more Ws in the left column. Where are we in the standings with 8 more wins and 8 less losses?
And if we won 2/3 of them....second place?
