    i just wish he'd let Lux focus on second and stop w the outfield
    do it another time but not when he's finding himself at the plate
    i've heard him interviewed and he says its been a distraction

    It's a challenge for me to ever give them any credit, but I think we just have to accept that the Teh Bronzed Taint gets the most out of his team, much like his predecessor, Ole' Melonhead. How else do you explain 100+ wins from a roster filled with guys most casual fans have never heard of? Can you imagine Roberts managing that team? We're just lucky to have the talent to cover for his inadequacies.

    If Trea's streak gets in the 30's, he should be moved to leadoff. An extra AB could be a difference maker.

    Then again, I could see Roberts giving him a rest day and then PH'ing him for one AB. "For the good of the team."

    Heaney looking like a gem so far, but it will be interesting to see how he does against the Pads over the weekend. Twins and Reds aren't exactly the '27 Yankees. Nice to see old Julio again Sat night.
