The Dodgers in my opinion won't be signing more expensive free agents ala Cano ect,,,, Dodgers only did this to put out a competitive team for now for all the abuse the McCourts did to this team in the majors and minors and international markets. This is why they invested in Gonzalez Crawford Beckett Etheir.... This is how the Dodgers will build the franchise through Puig , Guerrero ect and minors coming up.... They are investing heavily this way and they will extend their homegrown like Kershaw..... They are just cutting out the growing pains of rebuilding... The future looks bright..
Exactly. Spend big right now because there is no other way to field a competitive team after McCourt raped the team. Invest heavily in the minors and international market and reap the benefit when those players are ready in years to come
I'm hoping we can build up a top 5 farm in a few years (in Logan White I trust). I want the Dodgers to kind of be like STL... great team with a great farm .
