Not being in the GT last night and reading through it this morning, I can tell TB was doing his best to just ignore the personal attacks but boo was really persistent and unrelenting. So boo finally got his wish when TB explained himself but boo still didn't give him a pass. boo finally ended up quoting himself and left.
Was what TB said a little harsh? Absolutely but TB obviously doesn't mean what he said and most posters can recognize that. I've seen worse posted in this forum and nobody bats an eye. I ignore what I don't like. I'm not coming to his defense for what he specifically said but in his right to say it.
I feel better now.

I will say that it does suck not being able to come into GTs because of the overboard comments, on the spot reactions, etc. It used to be a lot better and has slowly disintegrated. No one's fault, specifically (PLEASE RE-READ THAT BEFORE YOU RESPOND), just slowly started becoming worse. I tried fighting that battle long, long ago and was told to not be a bitch, not read what I don't like and leave if I didn't like it because people get to bitch in game threads (yet I'm the bitch?!?! Ironic....)

I get complaining, but the generality and insults are overboard. I have always stood by our players because the are DODGERS. Do some of them suck some nights, make mistakes or have poor ABs? Sure. But that doesn't make them cock-sucking, faggot, bitches, dumber than shit, people who should die.

Anyways, everyone is entitled to say what they want, just wish we'd tone it down a little because for a silent few, it has made the GTs a place we don't visit much, but would like to.

 

I think it's more than the silent few at this point, a good amount of us don't use GT's anymore because of it, I think.

Enjoy your GTs. Once the novelty of my absence wears off, you'll find the difference is virtually nothing. The same stuff will go on.

I genuinely like those posts, though. I feel the same way when we don't get calls going our way or when scrubs like Pagan, Kozma, Denorfia, etc. always seem to do well against us. Sorry if you took it the wrong way.
