Puig, CC and Agon have to step up. Even without Hanley, even with a banged up Hanley, those three are good enough to lead this offense, with mark Ellis and his unable to block balls in the dirt brother to back them up.

We're done folks. Blow this team up
Trade everyone we can for specs. CK included
    Dump whoever we can

This team is garbage. We sucked last year we suck this year.
Obviously we need to change something

Slowly becoming a Giants fan tbh At least those niggas know how to win
    and have more likable players

    Greinke, Kershaw, Ryu.

I don't like where we are,but there's a legit chance the Cardinals have scored their last run of the season. #comeback

The reality of it all, and why we are here and about to lose this is simply because our bats died.

There is no way around this. Blame it on injuries, or just a slump at the wrong time or whatever, but that is sole factor as to why we are down 3-1

If i was to tell you at the start of this series that we will score a grand total of 8 runs in 4 games, what do you think you would have said the series would be?

The amount of runners we have left on base is just gross. The weak shit pop ups and ground outs and DP's with guys in scoring position and on base is just disgusting. This is a team hitting failure. Who is doing shit really? Sadly the best hitter seems to be Aj Ellis at this point.

I said in the game thread. The Giants did it last year. I know no one likes hearing it, but it's doable.

I'm failing to see where this was on management. It's got to be on the players, eventually.

They dared to use the guy who had a 3 ERA for them. Pretty inexcusable huh? I'm sitting here wondering why they wouldn't just have Kershaw and Greinke alternate games throughout the entire postseason. "Fatigue" is an urban legend and pitch counts are for pussies.

No one makes 30 for 30 films about a team that calmly wins the NLCS in 5-6 games.

Aj is actually probably swinging the best bat right now. Move him up 3 slots.

    yeah true.
wtv, just change it, and get Puig more ABs. I hate to pull it all on Carl/Puig/Adrian but they are our best hope and have the most upside to spark up an offense, so we gotta get them the most ABs.

Were down 3-1 but they STILL have to be Greinke and Kershaw to put us away.

    Honestly, it could be worse.

Aside from that 1 bad pitch to Holliday I thought Nolasco wasn't that bad.

I'm really proud of Puig. He really had a good game at the plate, unfortunately not a super badass game like the kind that can carry the dead corpse called the Dodger offense....but he did well with the situations and handled himself well with good ABs.

And another AJ fuck up behind the plate with interference. Punto hits the ball further than he ever has and then fucks up in the biggest, most inexcusable way getting picked off. I don't even know what to say about that other than I cannot believe a player that smart and experienced was so fucking stupid. Man what has happened to Uribe?

We used Nolasco in the game he had the best chance to keep us in the game and he kind of did. We all know that 2 runs off Lynn is not acceptable...no one is happy with that. We really could have won this game. These hitters are going to have to improve some way, some how.

The perception I see from some here is that Nolasco was a give away game and Greinke on short rest was a sure win. Neither is true IMO and could have easily ended up the opposite....it's playoff baseball. Funny thing is, if we win tomorrow, does it matter at all who pitched this game? Nolasco probably would lose tomorrow according to some of your opinions and we'd be in the exact situation. IDK...just trippin out here.

The good news is that now that he is out of the way, we are in the best position we can be in pitching wise, our 3 best(2 being LH, Cardinal Kryptonite) all on normal rest.
The bad news is obviously we have an injured Hanley and our record without him is absolutely shit compared to with him. Uribe is in an awful slump, and Agon, Ethier, and Puig although hitting ok now seem to have lost their power strokes a bit.
