I love that too, don't get me wrong. Absolutely love that. But I don't mean to sound like a TV snob but Breaking Bad is hardly the first show to do stuff like that. Maybe the cinematography is top notch, but as far as similarities between characters/characters wearing specific colors to mean something/foreshadowing/calling back with easter eggs... this was done with the X-Files (of course, a show Gilligan and co. worked on), LOST (they did it a TON), Fringe, even comedies (Arrested Development), Battlestar Galactica, Star Trek, The Wire, and I bet the list goes on and on. BB does it in an awesome way and it's cool that we watch it in real time cause a lot of people notice it, but theres a lot of fans that think it's the first show to do it, or the one doing it the best, but that's not the case.

Walt absolved her of all guilt but still did say that she knew for awhile. As far as going back to save Jesse/family, that's the next logical step in the show but who knows. The show better not end with him saving them and thats it, but I highly doubt that happens. It'd be sweet for Walt to save Jesse, and Jesse to fucking murder him. And then Jesse runs away or gets thrown into jail with Skyler, Marie keeps the kids. the thugs die. I want Walt to die, and Jesse/Skyler to be in jail. But I doubt the ending will be that satisfying.
I'm trying not to read all these posts...but are they not related to Breaking Bad? I just grabbed these from the end of the previous page. Problem is, I don't know until I read them and then it's spoiled and something I'll remember in the near future when I'm watching the show.

Walt's still my homeboy. I've always hated skylar, and his punk kid calling the cops on him like that was bush league.
1) Moved stuff into this thread to avoid all of this in the OT thread. 2) Really? Man, I'm completely opposite on it. I want Walt to lose SO bad, it's the only reason I keep watching, to watch how it happens. Him and Jesse did a lot of fucked up things, especially Walt, and theres nothing likable about the guy. When I went through the first two seasons the first time, I couldn't keep watching cause I thought he was wayy too stupidly mean and thought he was a bigger badass then he actually was. Then I kept watching just hating the guy and watching how low he'll go for the payoff of him dying miserably. 3) You don't think the kid acted correctly? Man, I think most children would call the cops on their drug lord dad who just killed their uncle and fought back against the mom. Sure, she technically started the physical violence but he should have just left. They just found out he got his uncle killed. It'd think it'd be pathetic if Walt, Jr. just laid there doing jack shit or took the side of Walt over Skyler. Walt is the obvious complete asshole bad guy in this, I'm pretty sure thats the way it's all intended... I can't sympathize for the guy at all, and Walt , Jr. calling the cops was both realistic and good of him. Walt Jr. probably felt pretty powerless in a hand to hand fight with Daddy since he's handicapped and he has no idea what Walt is capable of.
Honestly I've never liked the family. Until Hank became a badass I couldn't stand him. Its hard to describe why but I'll try to sum it up. They're fake...all of them. Skylar wasn't fucking complaining when Walt was buying her a car wash. She was banging her boss with an infant at home, that's shady. She also wasn't complaining when Walt was giving her useless cheating ass purpose and let her play boss. They all jumped to conclusions and assumed Walt killed Hank, which he didn't, he was a factor but didnt kill him. Which brings me to "Flynn," I feel bad talking about a character with disabilities but he was the same way when Walt was buying him a new car didnt hear him complain. I also know this was probably just the acting but if that was your dad and you allegedly love him you don't turn that quick on him and call the cops on him after 3 minutes of sudden revelations. To me the only one real in this whole show has been and always was Walt. The rest of the family was so phony and did things just for appearances. I got to the point I couldn't stand them. Come on skylar he's bringing you boxes of money to launder and you suddenly get a conscience? Get off your high horse. This is why I'm still rooting for Walt, he's real he does wtf he wants. He plays their fake ass game with them but when it was time to get real he got real. I know Walt is supposed to be the selfish one but I see him as the only one not completely self centered. The rest of them only did what was convienient for them and what they could get out of shit.
Flynn? Really? Lol what is he supposed to think. My dad buys me a nice ass car and I say woah there dad that's not practical? C'mon. And fuck yeah I call the cops on him. He was lying over skylar with a knife for a moment if he didn't talk Walt. He can't REALLY defend his mom because of his disability but at that point I think he had no choice.
