    So fucking awesome to see Ryu deal. Not many hitters will take that pitch out of the park but Ryu bounced back nicely. Great to see

    I probably wouldn't have pinch hit Kemp either. Not sure who else was on the bench available. But that's a tough task and Ziegler is good. Fuck don though, idiot bunting Uribe

    When we are tied on the last day of the season, where will that deciding game be held?
    Isn't it hard to believe we are this bad after being that good...wow. Some fucking truly terrible AB tonight, particularly by Gonzalez and Puig; making out is one thing, but being fucking stupid is another.
    Did DBB really think Kemp was the answer to the script?

    I hate Don Mattingley. I genuinely hate him as a manager and unless we win the World Series I pray they let him walk. He's such an idiot in terms of in-game managing. Stubborn too.

    Talk all the shit you want about Don. IDGAF he has been terrible lately and I see it. I don't read this thread anymore anyway.
    That being said, at least Ryu was pitching great again.
    All I have to say about Don was he didn't lose the game(That'd be AJ Ellis and AGon IMO), but he may have prevented us from winning in the 9th. That Sac bunt with Uribe call was fucking horrible! That's always been my beef with Don is his obsession with the Sac Bunt. I don't always disagree with it, but in that case with those hitters and after we just ripped 2 line drive singles momentum was on our side and Don killed it. He made some good calls like Young leading off that inning instead of the recently dreadful AJ Ellis, and then throws it all away. And then the hope for a Matt Kemp magical moment was fun but to me seemed like such a long shot. Maybe if he'd make solid contact he would've launched it because I'm sure he was pumping with adrenaline, but man that pitcher chewed him up.

    I still think we win 2 this series. We haven't been losing to the teams we're playing as much as losing to 1 player on a team(Pence and Goldshit). If our pitchers would pitch around them a bit, we might win...oh yeah I forgot, we need to score runs!

    don't mind the hot/cold streaks per se
    but our timing/injuries couldn't be any worse
    looks like we may have peaked about six weeks too soon
    i actually dreamt that we didn't win again -- and the d'bags past us -- and we missed the postseason

    I really expect Fife to go 7 innings of 1 run...

    DBB is managing for october already... it would something amazing for them to come back and win the division...

    BUT, as DBB is throwing games, we might end with a worst record than then Reds, which will cost me $100 on a bet with a friend...

    Hoping we get some positive updates on the injuries today, but I fully expect to see a lineup similar to last night.

    If AJ or FedEx isn't hitting 8th or 9th, that's a travesty.
