Sure would be nice to see the power of Yasiel Puig at Coors Field. O well, hopefully we will still see Nick Buss out there.

I mean, if we have to choose between someone who cant hit and cant field and one who cant hit but can field, I guess I'll just settle for the latter.
As long as TGJ can play great defense in CF for the interim, im fine with it. Fuck that, no I'm not fine with it. But it's really all you can ask/expect.

 

We need to sweep. Our record vs the NL West is horrid. I like the pitching match-ups and our chances at sweeping. Would like to see Puig called up though. :thumbsup:

 

OMG I am so sad Kemp is on the DL. I'm going to miss him in the lineup! He's our beastmode guyss!!

I hope Vinny can maintain some kind of Dodger affiliation while CARGO goes insane crushing us...please, Vin, there are Dodger fans out there that feel badly that we suck this bad. Just have a little mercy...a little is all I ask. We know how we /they are.
It's hard to say with these three starting for us, but IMO, no matter how wonderful he has been for another team, Greinke has blown lately, big time. Actually Lilly and Capuano have been statistically better. Hope he gets it back.
Coors field is an abomination, but really, whatever there is that makes it off the charts (thin air, humidity, air pressure, magic baseballs, insane murderous teenagers abound, etc.), it is also that way for the other team too...in this case, us.
We can't seem to score that much, still, and if ever a team problem was addressed (in theory) and bought and paid for, and failed like a North Korean missle launch, it is us.
And sadly, if there is a team who can't catch the ball, it is us.
And, unfortunately, the old bromide that works so well in describing the LAD, is "we have met the enemy, and it is us".

 

if we cant sweep this series, we are worthless... our 3 best pitchers against that TERRIBLE pitching...

but they need to shake the house and soon... make bold moves... DBB needs to stop giving everyone and its mother a day off and filling the lineup with multiple utilities all over the place... this is the lineup I want to see tonight:

call up Puig... I dont see how facing the Rockies @ Coors could hurt his development... Worst case scenario you tell him he's a 3 day holdup until Hanley comes back, but he gets his cup of coffee...

 

That's right. Instead it'll be the distinct pleasure of Eric Collins raising his voice to a fever pitch like it's a Ruthian blast when in reality, it's a can of corn to medium LF.
I like psycho though.
