Great Kershaw article http://www.latimes.com/sports/dodgers/la-sp-dodgers-kershaw-20161005-snap-story.html
fuck anxiety beginning to kick in at least tomorrow's game is early might have had to if i had to wait until 5pm
I work until 430 and we play at 530 here. Perfect set up so I'm not pacing back and forth all morning thinking about it.
Big spot for Toles. Only time will tell if this is right or not. Howie will be in against lefties for sure.
that's pretty ideal my day tomorrow... - wake up - drink coffee - no breakfast (too nervous) - no lunch (too nervous) - watch game... cheer, scream, yell, bkitch, cry (bad), cry (good) - if we win... huge dinner, watch the cubs/giants - if we lose... no dinner, cry myself to sleep while asking god "why? why???"
Wake up Go to work Freak out that I forgot to record the game Call someone to to over to my house and DVR it for me Get off at 3 Rush home Watch on 1 hour tape delay End up fast forwarding most of it because I'm a pussy who can't handle any adversity and must skip over anything that doesn't go well. Catch up to the live broadcast around the 5th inning. Come on DSP and bkitch about every pitch We lose I say "series over" I die
I'll admit I haven't seen every at bat this season, but I swear I've yet to see Toles make an out. Every time I turn the game on he is either on base or hitting a homerun.
Bill Shaikin @BillShaikin 6h6 hours ago Max Scherzer: "This is the best opponent I can possibly face, the #Dodgers and Kershaw." He says you measure yourself against the best.
The Dodgers beat this team bad during the regular season, which means they can do the shit again. I like the fact that there are a lot of youngins that were put on the playoff roster. Their 1st time in a post season MLB playoff series, and looking at the last few years of postseason maybe not such a bad idea. The question is, can the bats and pitching BOTH show up on game day. Win or lose this will always be my MLB team, and it would be nice to see this team push this thing further than they have in the recent past. I have to believe and will continue to wear my Dodgers colors at work at Tampa International Airport until..............Go Dodgers....Beautimus Blue.....
offs The Fox Sports 1 broadcast crew was revealed on Thursday for the National League Division Series between the Dodgers and Nationals, starting on Friday in Washington D.C. Kenny Albert will call play by play for Games 1-2 on Fox Sports 1, alongside analysts Tom Verducci and Harold Reynolds, with reporter Jon Morosi on the broadcast. That crew will also call Games 4-5, if necessary.
