This is a funny thread. I think I have to go with the first one by NZ. Just glad my parents don't monitor my web history.
Honestly, Sal, not trying to be Father Time here, but some of the things you indicate in your posts about your age/ life, it might serve you better if you came back at a later time. It can be pretty brutal and very frank on here...and tbt, a message board is probably not the best place to get life experience. Too much too soon. Just friendly advice from the old guy here... Take no offense...
If you are afraid of parents monitoring your browsing history, this is definitely not the right time for you.
Thank you guys. I appreciate it. My parents are actually really cool. They would probably laugh at most of the stuff here. They don't monitor my history because they trust me to make my own judgements and decisions. But thank you guys for the concern and advice.
If you are worried about your history, you should just use private/incognito browsing. But, IMO, you should stick around. Half the posters here were 14-15 when they started posting, and we actually did have a parent issue with one guy - a lot more bouncing boobs in signatures back then... Where is that kid now? He's a MLB scout.
Yes, it's Chris. I think someone said Chris lurks now and then, but he stopped posting. I'm pretty sure he just doesn't want to cause a conflict with his job, he's still green.
It's all well and good if the guy turns out to be an MLB scout and all, but what if the depraved influences here cause the kid to be a serial killer or insane rapist or something? Or worse, presidential candidate? Then what? When he is eventually incarcerated, will we follow him there, for fellowship? He's already a Cub fan, so well on his way towards a life of who knows what...
I guess you just have to weigh the pros and cons. Is a life of crime worth knowing about the alphabet trick at such an early age? Maybe. Not that the alphabet trick will do him any good if he's incarcerated. Or maybe it will?
Yes, the pros and cons...I get it. Possibly, the alphabet trick could make one very popular in genpop...one can only aspire to such lofty heights. Bubba awaits.
Thank you Bluemouse. But I'm not worried at all. My Dad used to be a member on the ESPN board and he recommended this site to me. So I'm sure he knows what kind of stuff goes on here.
play your cards right and mousey or i will create a smiley of/for you but in the meantime you can use this
Oh shit! Sorry Rube, I hope I didn't offend you. You just look really devious there. I'm really sorry.
