    Too bad about the Nats getting the day off too but they did play 18 innings and ultimately lost so we have to jump on them right away!!!! We take 2 of 3.

    I would've been stoked to watch mlb network at lunch today if we won the last 2 games and pulled within 3.5.

    I'm so disappointed.

    the truth is there is still a ton of baseball to be played and the team could still hit stride and put it all together
    the thing for me is just how shaky we are after CK and even he has shown he is vulnerable in the playoffs
    and when i see guys like walters, toles and taylor getting so much playing time its kind of hard to picture this season turning out to be anything special
    definitely feel like we are a second tier team at best

    Yeah although the record is good right now overall, I know what you mean about looking at the band aid lineups every day. It just doesn't feel like a playoff bound group.

    I think we will put it together too. Trying not to overreact to two games. I just wish we took advantage of the weak Dbags and Padres beating SF

    I want Ryu to do well, but I'm not even sure his rehab starts were all that impressive before putting him back in the rotation. Stupid question but are we that hopeless in the SP department?

    Hope they don't all come back pitching like Ryu's last outing. McCarthy was a bright spot. I hope he is consistent and stays injury free.
