Yeah but my concern is idk if they can remove Ryu/Kazmir from rotation.

Kershaw and Wood coming back really should strengthen the rotation though, just gotta get by til their return

We swept the nats a few weeks back. Paybacks are a bitch. I may not watch a game this series as a benefit for my future health.

Something tells me puig has a trojanenz boner of the week award this week to up Michael Taylor's.

    good points devil
and something that's drastically overlooked imo
the sum of the 88 teams parts were greater than all the talent of the mighty mets and a's
think of the egos on the mets and a's -- strawberry/gooden, mcgwire/canseco
gibson and lasorda got that team to play as one unit
and mickey hatcher got all the bench/utility players to believe their roles were just as valuable as the starters
a simple winning philosophy when you think about it
none of the pound your chest, look at me bullshit
    just a team concept
something you don't see much anymore
:tumbleweed:... unless you're the royals or giants

Probably ought to wait a year or two before you add "fuck the Giants" to her repertoire.

Probably common sight out in LA, but to come up to a huge poster of Joc in the window of a "Lids" store in a mall in NJ, was quite a surprise this weekend. Nice endorsement, Joc...good for you.
It read two time All Star on it...is that right? Twice?

Actually, "lid" was not used in the NJ/NY area .
As time passed, I knew what it meant, but when I first heard it, had no idea how much it contained Strictly traditional dry measure here. Oz., 1/2 or 1/4 oz. Or lb.
There was a time when "package" was used...it came to mean a very bad count, but the best African smoke available.

My dad is going to the game on Thursday and I'm jealous.

...actually, I'm not because Stras is probably going to strike out all 27 batters.
