Well maybe in minority on this one but don’t think that was terribly managed. Pitchers got us to the 9th to our best reliever, best reliever crapped the bed. If it was anyone other than Treinen in that 9th, I’d riot. The only offense came from the questionable start in Enrique. You’re not gonna win games with 1 run and those at bats. Offense has to be better and I think they can, Fried is very good

Kershaw has to keep us in the game tomorrow and give us at least 6

Offense just has to hit. Squandered a lot of opportunities

if CKWG is right and the Braves knew what was coming, then they gotta look at potential pitch tipping cuz we can’t have that. Bullpen is normally solid but got beaten up in the ninth

Typical of the Dodgers, and totally expected. Pound he shit out of your division all year, then get to the playoffs and turn into nothing but cunt losers.
If we think we can hit like we did in the post to get to this point, and then explode like we did for 12 runs in only one game...it ain't gonna work against these guys.
They ain't the Brewers or Padres.
And if we don't come back and do it all this year, take the over...because that's what we'll fucking be.

    Mookie and Corey went 0-8

cant let that happen again. Again, I hope we can look back at this game and say “ah, they all just had a bad game at the same time, but now back to normal”

We were supposed to beat an NL East team last year.

I don't get the confidence in postseason Dodgers....I think all logic goes out the window with this squad. They freeze under the bright lights.

The 9th inning sucked but the offense sucking is a common theme year in and year out with the Dodgers in the playoffs. Doesn't seem to matter who we add

Needless to say, game 2 is a must win. But with CK on the mound, I just don't have any words.

I agree. There’s not much you can do with the offense today. I thought our hitters had a good approach too, making Fried throw pitches... but bad execution

The players were just beat tonight.

Offense squandered nothing. They got 6 total people on base. 0/2 with RISP. They just all around were garbage

Apparently Brusdar got a little hurt fielding a comebacker from Markakis, took it off the palm and is why he didn’t come back out. Hope he’s ok

If he is then we really need to start making Brusdar our late inning guy/closer. Him and Victor are electric and since no one outside of the west has seen them they need to be used in the high leverage situations cuz from what I’ve seen, they’re not deer in the headlights like Jansen and Kershaw are at times

While the offense struggled and basically the bed. Their pitching was pretty solid.

on the other hand, Treinen was getting hit hard... if Dave couldn’t see it, you could definitely hear that load ass contact. Flat out left in too long. But seriously, after the first run it didn’t matter.

we suck, we move on and hopefully we can pull this thing out. My 14 year old son has done nothing but suffer as a Dodger fan. Literally heartbroken every year. This year is different because we’re used to getting gut wrenched while at the Ravine but god damn... can we please catch a fuggin break!

please end the agony Dodgers. Do it for real this time.

I'm 27 and have experienced the same thing twice as long. Tell him to suck it up.

That might never happen again in their careers, let alone this series.

Kershaw can go 7 innings with 10 ks tomorrow but we need these bats to wake up tomorrow. This team definitely has a history of not being able to score after a long lay off especially against a really good lefty. Gotta come out scoring early and often tomorrow and hope Kershaw can keep these guys in check. If Blake is tipping his pitches they need to figure that shit out immediately. Maybe change the lineup around a bit maybe DH Rios and hope he can do some damage.

Fried is a very good and pitched like it last night. He really handled Smith. Some pretty arms out of the pen for the Braves, too.

This one's going to be a grind (no homo).
