    Kenley's pitches were in the high 80's. That's when I knew he wasn't going to close the 9th.

    We have a major closer problem and Roberts just doesn't look like he wants to make the tough decisions.

    Graterol should probably close. Jansen is the setup guy. Next round, if we get there, I think Kenley can't be on the roster.

    Being able to win in SPITE OF your closer and manager decisions is a great great sign. Every champion the last few years has done just exactly that cause they’re each gonna have some duds. Good good sign. Close it out tomorrow

    yeah i don't get you guys blaming Kelly for anything here
    he got that out and saved our ass
    he hasn't even been pitching and that was totally fucking dumb to us trienen and graterol up in one inning
    the guys on the post game were just shaking there heads wondering when davey was going to take winning seriously
    best players in the biggest games nothing else matters

    Jansen has got to go man. Make him a mop up guy or something. Trade him in the off season. Roberts is not managing like his jobs on the line which I think it is without a championship win. The league is just so different now and you can't get away with the stuff Jansen throws now. Lucky to be up 2-0. Who's pitching game 3? I'd throw Gonsolin he's been pretty solid against the padres this season.
