mistake to put him in the infield he's much better in the outfield but with trayce and gallo... imo no way ct3 should make the postseason roster but...
i'm not against him being on the post roster because we need RH batters and like you said Vargas isn't ready for sure other guys should start and he's going to be in that lineup somewhere the rest of the year you know that
yeah he’s earned that problem is he’s behind gallo and trayce in left, and behind lux at 2b when he returns he better figure it out quickly
I'm more than good with Tyler. 1.95 ERA in six starts over the last month. Two HRs aside last night, Giants hardly laid a glove on him.
Our boys eliminated SF from the divisional race last night. Fuck them. Crazy Joe runs into one. Third game in a row with an extra base hit for him. Magic Max the Giant killer. Go get it out of the pavilion. The Anderson trade hardly moved the needle for me. I was wrong. He's been solid. Fucker throws strikes. What a novel concept.
I appreciate what Anderson has done...but I reserve judgement for a month or so. His overall numbers are truly fine, no bdoubt. I guess it's just because teams, and lineups in general seem to be solving him, ever so slowly, I admit, but more and more. I imagine after Julio, he's the man on this 4077th MASH unit pitching staff. And in another month, how much more will be solved for playoff teams? We' ll see. They can afford to rest really anybody they want...but sharpness is always a factor. And what exactly is wrong with Gonsolin? Some rare tropical affliction? Or will he simply miraculously return for the post ? Is it that ' ol Dodger chicanery ? He's going to have to pitch somewhere though, if that's the case, doesn't he? Must be going to happen in Area 51... Who knows what evil lurks in the hearts of men ? Andy Friedman ?
I think the only thing we know for sure now with the starting staff is that Heaney can't be trusted for a postseason start. We saw last year with Scherzer that even an all-world starter can run out of steam in the playoffs. Julio gives me about the highest level of confidence that I can have with a starter this late in the year. I pray Kershaw stays healthy - if so I think he will still be very valuable. I like that they're treating Gonsolin with kid gloves, even if it costs him the CYA. I'm feeling pretty good about Anderson too. This team just needs to figure out the pen so we can comfortably pull our starters after five if necessary. Really, really hoping that Kimbrel is truly no longer Krumbel and it's not just a tease. He being reliable would trickle backwards through the pen and position the whole staff nicely.
racist but why does the “in los angeles we always bet on our boys in blue” commercial only have hispanic fans?
