Too bad we squandered the fabulous start that Kershaw provided...

this team looked like shit. cruz is looking like a one hit wonder. kemp is just horrid. hanley is at least 6 weeks away which for the dodgers means maybe october....there will be complications.

I'm afraid this team are looking like a bunch of guys that used PEDs and have now stopped. Kemp, Gonzo, and Ethier all look scrawny to me and their power limit is 20 feet short of the warning track. I know it's VERY early in the "All new blue" era...but I hope we don't have 5 straight years of this shitball offense like this.

Not hitting vs. Cain and Bumgarner is somewhat expected...but Timmy looked like shit tonight and we faced what looked like some pretty average bullpen guys and did absolutely nothing tonight. we got gift runs from walks and never really took advantage of shit.

And lets not forget these timely errors by Sellers and Shumaker...fuck!

I love Kevin Kennedy. He's not afraid to say when he watched this game all he could think about was this looks exactly like last season's offensive execution and doesn't care if it's the second game or not. You win and lose pennants anytime and besides Hanley being out, it's the same team doing the same exact stuff. Bravo to him for saying it. Callers feeling the same way.

If the Lakers can't defend the the pick and roll or hit open jumpers one year, bring back the same team, it'll be the same result. The Dodgers have the same team basically and they have EVERYTHING to prove.

Getting beat by a way better team.

    Hack away at this.

So when I say it's a same old blue, it's not overreaction to two games. It's waiting for this group of players to prove themselves. Because it dates back to before this. They have a lot to prove. Being the Giants' bitches has to change. It's totally in the dodgers heads.

IMO Dodger/Giant games are worth 2 wins in the long run. If we want to win the west, we have to beat these guys more than they beat us.

Sweep the P-Rats and all will be forgiven.

And scoring 6 runs against the butt Pirates won't count. If this team actually wants to win something thy have to play big consistently against good teams. They're gutless and can't execute right now or several months ago.

They played like crap against their own division last year so that has to change.

Not executing, not being able to get over humps, not being able to capitalize, etc...all go from tendencies to a type of thing that characterizes a team. It really feels like it's 2012. I genuinely believe they don't think they can beat the Giants. It seems more than a physical thing. It seems like a mental hurdle.
