You really think BJ King will sign off on a Hader deal after all his KKK anti-everything rants were uncovered?

“The Dodgers have checked in with the Guardians on Shane Bieber, who will be a free agent at the end of the ‘24 season. The Guardians are a tough team to deal with, however, and don’t necessarily have to move the right-hander.”

The Dodgers top international signee in January was 17-year-old, 6-foot-4 shortstop Joendry Vargas, who received $2.1 million. HERE he goes big fly in recent DSL game; stick around until the end for the complete celebration.

at least he realizes he has to make some contrition if he's going to get another chance
i think he gets another shot from some team like the spankees or bahstan
not enough good pitching in the league and he's been charged and convicted of absolutely nothing
as far as growing up and giving up casual sex i have no idea what he's talking about
bet he hit on Charly cause she's just slightly hot

BREAKING: The San Francisco Giants and Seattle Mariners are in agreement on a trade that will send former Cy Young winner Robbie Ray to the Giants for outfielder Mitch Haniger and right-hander Anthony DeSclafani, sources familiar with the deal tell ESPN. Ray is coming off Tommy John surgery and is owed $73M over the last three years of his contract, though he has an opt-out after the 2024 season. He's expected to return after the All-Star break. Mitch Haniger, a longtime Mariner who left for San Francisco in free agency last year, heads back with two years and $32.5M left on his deal -- and also has an opt-out after '24. DeSclafani is in the final year of his contract and has $12 million remaining.

Maybe I'm wrong here, but this all sounds like a tempest in a teapot.

sorry, is there something wrong with caring about your numbers? like the better they are, the better it is for the team. This isn't basketball.

Whoever he's talking about, it's bad blood to say this shit...if you want to be the "tell it like it is" tough guy, Max, then how about some real deal statements about your ass grabbing buddy, fucking Dave Roberts ?
    Too close to home?
And you can never be sure that one or more of these guys may be right back on the team...of course. But you forgot to mention their names, so do we really know who you meant ?

Generally this is true. But walks and sac hits for example don't fill a stat page, yet are good for the team. And like huh? said, missing the cutoff or getting thrown out on the base paths because you're trying to make a highlight reel probably doesn't win the admiration of your teammates. Also, I'd like more hard contact line drive hitters than all-or-none swing for the fences types. Not sure I can defend Muncy on that last one.

    Jon Heyman✓@JonHeyman
Ryan Brasier market: Cardinals, Orioles, Rangers, Dodgers, Angels, Cubs.
Brasier had s 0.70 ERA (627 ERA plus) with the Dodgers in 2023.

    Yeah, good post.
Obviously talented, but not to a Big Unit level for instance, but his " I don't warm up if I'm not definitely going in" kinda attitude, or whatever it actually is, is not so "kumbaya" evoking out there in the pen ( as is generally perceived by Dodgers faithful as the script goes). We won 100 with what we had last year...o
I think a proven pro like Brasier is a bettter move...but on a team like LA, chock fulla uber stars like we have, the mighty shut the door kinda closer is imperative to the overall juggernaut concept...I get it.
    But it doesn't always work.
