Maybe it's just me, but Cody looks a lot healthier now than he did with the Dodgers. Way better. Must be feeding him better food in Chitown.
he's another guy i have confidence in did see any of the game but 4 hr's and 2 by yan gomes lol? sounds like a weird one and a one off or he was tipping kid looks to have back of the bp stuff
The Dodgers are averaging nearly 50k per game. Pretty crazy. When I became a fan in the late 90s-early 2000s, I remember the right field pavilion being completely empty for most weekday games.
Really man, this Dodger team as they look now, will struggle to be a .500 team all year. Smh at the flaccidity. Watching Cub pitchers carve up this lineup so easily is a bit on the " are you fucking kidding" side. Not popular, but Mookie Betts, aside from his great throws, is gradually digressing, imo, each season. You can pump him up all you want, but it's just what I see. He's a damn good ball player, but if he was great, as many consider him to be, I don't think he's great anymore. Maybe less Ks and I might feel differently, but he can be a goddam whiff machine. A little more contact would really be nice. Strikouts suck, and make nothing happen. No chance at all. Zeroes all the time. At the top of the lineup...even less than zero.
8 fucking balls in a row. Is this what they mean when they say "behind the 8 ball"? Wow. Load 'em up in the 8th...
