    The only reason I am posting this is thanks in part to SNLA. We can post more once someone has an idea of what the ramifications are, but one would have to believe that those with Comcast will now be getting SNLA.

    Due to it being the I believe two largest cable providers in the country, someone could potentially sue that they will become a monopoly. They could probably argue that both Dish and DirecTV are still healthy competition as well as AT&T UVerse and Charter. I don't understand that law one bit so I am of not much help.

    Sadly, most activist judges do not either. The denial for T-Mobile was way over the line of reading into rather than from the constitution.

    • New Dodgers TV network SportsNet LA has yet to reach agreement with many local pay-TV distributors, reports Joe Flint of the Los Angeles Times, which means that a majority of Los Angeles viewers would be without Dodgers games if the season started today. Though the network expressed confidence that deals will be in place by the onset of the 2014 campaign, Flint explains that negotiations promise to be tense.

    I hate how we fans are being leveraged here. I want to watch my damn team without having to change my TV and Internet in a house where raising teenagers can mean changing their whole world. I saw this coming when the deal went down and not surprised at all that this is coming down to the wire so TWC can get many new subscribers before the season starts. Then it will be available to other carriers and we would have made transitions for no fucking reason.

    Fuck this nonsense. Give me my fucking Dodgers already putos!!!

    Careful there, Knock. If you lived here the game wouldn't start until after 10:00pm (home games) and you wouldn't get to sleep until 2:00am or later. Then you'd have to drag yourself out of bed and go to work waaaaaaaay before you want to.
