When guys have been there for a while fans tend to take them for granted. ESPN's bias has a lot to do with it. ESPN tells fans that the only players who matter are Jeter, Hamilton, Pedroia, etc.
And anyone who would choose Jeter, Hamilton, Pedroia, etc. over Kemp or Kershaw are pretty much lost sheep. This team is worth seeing...and it will get better.
These new owners did what they had to do to save us from Mccourt. They bought the douchbag out...I'm going to as many games as possible. I'm glad it's finally over. Like VRP said, the end game is here. Are some people hoping to "starve" them out until they try to remove McCourt from existence? It'd be easier to hire a guy to snuff the mother fucker out on your own. Don't think for a minute they didn't want to get him as far away as possible. But it was part of the bidding. They had to win and they did. I hope that the LA times are happy to try to destroy the new owners chance at making this team great again. I want no part of that. I helped make Frank go away along with many many good fans...the time to get back in that stadium is now. I don't want to be the Miami Marlins/Tamp Bay Rays. I'm not going to let McCourt influence my decision to avoid doing one of the greatest things we get to do while being on this planet anymore...Going To Dodger Games! The best way to fuck McCourt's brain and heart is to sell out everynight and show him HE was the problem. Show him that now that he ain't in control, we will go to Dodger Stadium again.
