The only reason Cody is hitting well is because going up against Giants, Phillies, and Padre pitchers, it's like he never left AAA.
Roberts is not having a great year so far. Not sure if he's out of whack after everything that happened in his personal life or what. He has just been making some in game decisions that are downright terrible. Lineup configuration hasn't been all that grand either.
Flipping back and forth from the Canelo fight, I missed CK´s Madbumesque tantrum I give him a 10 for the 360 Been waiting for CK to get nastier, guess he´s finally reaching that age. Next time somebody breaks their bat, pick it up and throw at´em like Clemens..fuck it, start doing what crazy ass aces with championship rings do, maybe that´s the ticket to the WS? Completely ignore 1B like Lester while you´re at it..mix it all in, just go postal Hollywood Hulkster CK
you guys watched those last two walks how legit were they? I mean Kershaw lives on the edges but he had 9 K's so clearly he was hitting 'whatever' entirely subjective strike zone was being called. Was he that rattled after the homer? I mean MLB.com clearly shows Margot's pitch #7 as a green ball overlapping the strike zone. And but then also states "Ball in Dirt" So maybe Kersh has a point? I didn't see it. In contrast on the next BB Myers pitch #8 was clearly low by ~2 balls with the same text "Ball in Dirt" so Kersh 'appeared' to have earned that one either way. "IF" computer stats are worth this conversation All stated in light of earlier discussion of about umpiring accuracy and any efforts towards it As is.. he earned them both because Blue SAID he earned them. Period.
what a borefest of a fight canelo looked great chavez looked like he wanted to be somewhere else should have let his hands go but i'm sure canelo's counters made him reluctant golovkin next, should be interesting
