You can make a full 12-month calendar with the amount of sad Kershaw faces we’ve had over the years

    What's our takeaway?

Game 3 will be re-run for the next decade with the '88 highlights. Woo hoo!

I actually watched a lot of this game.
It was on regular fox and I was too tired to work.
It was good television for a while.
But it looks like the same old postseason Dodgers.

We're fucking winning game 5!!! May is going to deal. Bullpen is going to be solid and the lineup will put up atleast 10 runs. Walker will fuck them up game 6 and Gonsolin/everyone else are going to win game 7 and we're going to the WS again! I'm confident as fuck we're never losing another game this year! Let's fucking gooooo!!!!!

And the Braves can stick that in their little stupid fucking pot and smoke it!!!:stirpot::pimp:

Mookie Betts, btw, is a paper tiger.
His post season accomplishments are beating out an infield hit that was the beginning of the one glorious inning in this whole travesty. Oh, and scoring from first. Good hustle. Worth that boatlload of money, most definitely.
THE INNING that was bolstered by others who provided all the crooked numbers.
Well, another record for us, just like best team W percentage, most HRs in MLB this season, best ERA, best run differential...maybe some more I forgot. We've accomplished so much it's easy to omit some.
Yup, we sure an impressive team...

Way beyond getting pissed at this point. Probably won't get pissed until I encounter the first Giant fan that reminds me of the obvious. Then I thrash the fucker with my walker.

As far fetched as it might sound given the final score, they could have easily gotten right back in the game in the 7th. Pollock's ball to RF appeared to get wind-fucked and if both Rios' sac fly and Smith's shot to 2B find a hole it's a new game.

But that's the story Dodger postseason baseball since '88..........if.

The narrative of “Well the offense didn’t hit so how can you blame Kershaw?” is so dumb.

Two things can be true at once, the offense didn’t show up AND Kershaw once again got rocked in the postseason. The Kershaw part is the more “surprising”/prevalent story line so that’s obviously gonna get more attention, as it should.

As it always is, it’s everyone’s fault.

Kershaw for not stepping up in a big game

Roberts for not getting him out after the Freeman double

The bullpen for being absolute ass

And the offense for not beating a rookie named Bryse

yep it’s like how I can have two somewhat competing but true thoughts in: Dave Roberts should have pulled Kershaw one batter earlier AND, Kershaw, at that low pitch count, should be able to get through 6 innings without a blowup. I mean, especially now that we know Brusdar was gonna blow up, your god damn hall of fame ace should be able to get through a top of the order a third time through without that disaster. I can nitpick that Acuña got on with a slow hopper and that Freeman’s hit was a grounder that Muncy’s gotta get but at some point, kershaws gotta take that and buckle down to not let them go beyond that and he just couldn’t and can’t

I can’t hear Kershaw’s name without wanting to smack his face. So tired of his hangdog face in the playoffs. And if Dave gives another raw raw speech and how CK is a warrior, I’m going to search for nuclear weapons parts.

No revisionist history but yeah I was yelling and posting right here that 5 was clearly enough. It made the runs not even hurt, it was so obvious he didn’t have it even with the results as they were through 5.

Having Kershaw in for Ozuna is the most indefensible thing ever.

I'll listen to the Freeman argument considering he's a lefty and Acuna had a lucky hit but facing Ozuna?

That screams of a manager that is fucking clueless.

I don't consider anything after 2017 a post season choke for Kershaw.
He's just a diminished and mismanaged pitcher at this point.
It's not like he's winning a Cy Young & MVP and then going out and blowing a 7 run lead to the Cardinals.
Then again, I didn't see Kershaw pitch one inning this season so maybe he was amazing and then choked. Idk.
While he deserves criticism I don't think it should be the same level of of scrutiny as 2013 - 2017.

    blame kersh if you want
but no one should be surprised by this
nor should anyone be surprised by roberts inept management
but an offense that came out fired up and put up 15 runs a day earlier being completely shut down by a fucken bum?...
yet, in a way, that shouldn't really surprise us either
this organization is cursed -- i'm certain of it
how many times/ways can they under perform and lose to inferior opponents?
only guy who showed up was turner
    everyone else sucked
    and wtf mookie?... racist
and kiké showed why he and his clubhands should never been in any game of consequence
    fuck this bkitch team
just hope they lose tonight so the disappointment won't be drawn out for the naive fans still holding onto hope... pathetic bkitches

You’re right. Their handling of him always treats him like he’s still the pitcher he was 2-3 years before the game they’re actually in, if that makes sense.

It’s the definition of insanity. Doing the same thing over and over and expecting a different result. What do the Dodgers and Dave actually owe CK at this point? He’s richer than god for horrible performance when it matters. I wouldn’t even put him in the BP at this point.
