    I used to have issues with my boss.
    He would get on my case about mistakes.
    I finally had to talk to him about his company.
    The warehouse dept was a bunch of middle aged guys who had work down to a science.
    A science in doing the absolute least while taking the most breaks and making everything impossible to justify how long it took. And they made crazy mistakes all the time and did not care because the boss never checked on them.
    For a year and a half I covered for their mistakes because I was the new guy.
    Then I covered for the mistakes of the the operations manager and the sales team.
    They are all fired now.
    The boss never tells me anything know, not even what to do. Instead I tell him when he is not crossing T's and dotting I's and remind him how his work style is reflected by his employees.
    Boss works super hard, he works many hours but makes a lot of mistakes because its a lot of work and most of his employees sucked. It made him look bad.
    Now he has new employees and only 1 old employee and he is not making as many mistakes.
    And Yasiel Puig leads the Dodgers in steals this year.
