    So although Kershaw only threw a few pitches today, I’m still assuming Hill goes Game 1 and Ryu goes Game 2 unless Game 1 is a loss. Then you might risk a CK start on 3 days rest?

    Kershaw will pitch game 1 or 2. Ryu and Buehler made our last two starts, so they will probably be held back for 3 and 4.
