We had been signing all the shitty left handed pitchers we could so we would not have to face them while our team had no viable hitters vs left handers.
Good question. I was a little surprised about the off day but it has come at a great time after the minor injuries last night.
For those wondering why Turner was pulled last night. It had nothing to do with the HBP. It was his quad. http://m.dodgers.mlb.com/news/article/223567232/dodgers-franklin-gutierrez-exits-with-injury/
Yeah I keep hoping that Ryu comes back to his prior form. You have to admit that previously he was a pretty capable #3 SP. Will his shoulder ever be fully solid? Only time will tell. But unlike the rest of the list he actually was dependable when you handed him the ball
I'm not expecting anything from Ryu, that's my hard fast rule at this point. And I'm ok with that with Urìas and other young arms lurking as the season gets deeper.
I'm going to Coachella this weekend and on Monday am going to Dodgers/Diamondbacks. If any of you nerds will be around, you should come and hang!
I'm actually driving out to La Quinta starting tomorrow and will be there through Tuesday. No plans on going to the festival as of yet, but may head to a bar in the area to watch one of the games.
Zach Lee getting the start for SD in Colorado. Was given a 4 run cushion in the first, let's see what he does with it.
Is it true that what we've seen from Yasiel is it, and he will not get another hit all season? For the LAD, that is. Ya think?
Fucking career Dodger minor leaguer Zach Lee pitched very damn well today, indeed. As did useless trade piece Jharel Cotton the other day...Wtf? Hope this is not an omen for this ginger douchebag Anderson tonight. Oh wait...That's right...He's a LH. Forget it. Doesn't need omens. Nope.
Puig, you mean the hitter with the highest OPS on the team? Higher than Turner and Seager. You mean Puig the guy killing right handers .467 .600 1.200 1.800 so far. Maybe his new training has made him a better hitter against righties but has caused him to neglect his hitting vs lefties. Because he is ofer against lefties. But his .467 .600 1.200 1.800 vs righties is so strong he is still tops on the team.
no the puig who still doesn't get it the puig who postures instead of running the puig who [then] inexplicably tries to steal and makes the last out at 3b that puig
