    As much as Manny is a wonderful thing, the digression seen in Stripling and the absolutely shakiness and untrustworthiness of Jensen is very,very troubling.
    If we only scored one ( thank all dieties we got MORE) in the top, we've got a tie...Idk.
    Come back like that and have your shut down guy throw one pitch..and it's gone? Just so un-closer like these days.
    If we do make it to post, he's a huge worry.

    Stripling pitched well until the pitch to Hoskins. His two previous starts he gave up 1 earned run in 12 innings. There's no regression. You're overreacting to the All-Star game.

    Flaws aside, he's still saved 29 of 32. Just not nearly as dominating as a year ago. Britton would be a nice add, though.

    Well the Stro's are coming up soon, we'll see how good this team is come then. Strip just got blasted by them in the AS Game and Kenley got owned last WS. We need to take these excess starters and find a closer from one of them.

    It will be interesting to see Maeda in that little league park tomorrow with the Phillies constantly swinging for the fences. He has quietly been one of the better pitchers in the game this season and a couple of different folks brought it up over the past week. It would be nice to see him keep it going and get us a quick series win.

    There is an old saying I just invented in Hollywood.
    "If the actor goes that far that on the set then what did he do in the director's office took get cast in the first place?"
    Or something to the sort.
    Hollywood is probably a level of hell or probably just Sodom but we just don't know that the story we have been told was in the future not the past.
