The outrage and histrionics over stuff that's not that different (Iraq and Cuba immigration bans, mass deportations) than what the last administration did. You have a group of people that will condemn anything done by the other guy, and support (or at least ignore) anything g done by their guy. That's part of the scary stuff I was talking about earlier today when I mentioned extremism.
Don't know what the perfect tactics are either...it's not that difficult to complain and be outraged when innocents die is war, but "collateral damage", the insensitive but accurate term used to describe such, is a horrble fact of life, or more correctly, death. But when the enemy uses countries or locations of theoretically neutral areas to essentially hide and operate from, the dictates of war and the way you win it demand those tragic but neccessary possibilties. When Timothy McVey, and his singular statements explaining his domestic terrorism act, questioned the "collateral damage" concept in his military training, it made us all think twice about that brutal strategy. Like Waco .
As I always say, credit where credit is due. Sign enough executive orders and you are bound to get one right, but I still think this should have been a bill that was properly voted into law through congress.
more destruction and rioting by fascist liberals in Berkeley protesting free speech the problem? a gay conservative pundit named Milo was going to be speaking tonight i was going to go see him at UCLA tomorrow but he cancelled due to security reasons i know why now but fuck these violent protests because you don't like what someone says
He's on fox now saying the whole security thing is a last minute 7-8 thousand dollar fee thrown out by the university at the last minute as a way of censorsing conservative speakers and he's an immigrant as well but hey the left is ok w everything when it pertains to a conservative fucking hypocrite fascist bastards
Milo is a professional troll. But the little snowflake fascists that try to silence him are worse than any hate speech. This has happened before with him.
Yes he is but his main thrust has been to say what he wants on the campuses that supposedly are the caldron of ideas and speech of all kinds what happened at Berkeley tonight exposed just how one dimensional and unacceptable any opinion other than the left is on an American campus you don't like Milo? (i find him hysterical and pretty accurate) thats fine then debate him an make him look like a fool the problem is that they can't and therefore resort to violence to shout him down and push him out i hope he continues to do his thing and hurt those businesses that call themselves a place of higher learning what can be learned if all things, including Milo's opinion, are not considered?
I'm gonna give you the benefit of the doubt and assume you don't know much about Milo Yiannopoulos, because he's a disgusting hateful troll. Also, all opinions are not equally legitimate simply because they're opinions. If you believe that white people are inherently a superior race that's not an opinion, you're just wrong.
I know exactly who he is. I'll restate my original post: Silencing opinions you don't like is worse than any hate speech. It's also counter productive, and empowers him and his antics. But it sounds like you think he shouldn't be allowed to speak. So things that are wrong (by your judgement) should be silenced? Shouldn't students be challenged to hear all kinds of ideas and judge for themselves?
if that hateful immigrant faggot troll was a liberal it would be all good case closed but not if he has anything to say about it bravo Milo feed them the shit they spew back to their open pieholes debate him challenge his fucked up ideas but shut him down and do it with violence? yeah that's not ever going to be ok
Bullshit and you know it. So you think he should be allowed to speak? Who do you think is more in the "wrong" Milo the professional troll, or the snowflake fascists?
Milo may very well be a POS. But these people silence perfectly sane conservatives as well. Such as Ben Shapiro and Dennis Prager. It's a joke.
I stated something, he misrepresented my point completely. I sincerely hope you guys know less of Milo than you claim to because it's severely character damning if you're aware of his history and still claim to "find him hysterical and pretty accurate"
